I'm Isaiah, a developer based in Washington. I started Hardline WebWorks because too many great local businesses have websites that don't do them justice, or no website at all.

Is the preview really free?
Yes. I build a preview of your homepage at no cost and with no obligation. If you don't like it, just say so and that's the end of it.
Are there any monthly fees?
For a standard website, no. It's hosted for free on a Cloudflare account in your name, and the only ongoing cost is your domain, about $12 a year. Sites with AI or heavier features (logins, databases) can have small ongoing costs for AI usage or a server. Those are billed to your own accounts, and I'll tell you exactly what to expect before we start. The Care plan is always optional.
What if I need changes after launch?
Small fixes in the first 30 days are free. After that, email me and I'll quote the change up front. Most small updates are quick and inexpensive. If you expect frequent changes, the optional Care plan covers them.
Do I need to already have a domain name?
No. If you don't have one, I'll help you register one in your name, so you always own it. If you already have one, we'll just point it to your new site.
How long does it take?
The preview takes 1–2 days. After you approve it and send your photos and info, most sites go live within 7 days.
Why are some prices estimates?
A basic website is predictable, so it has a set starting price. Booking systems, client portals, and AI assistants vary a lot depending on what you need. I'd rather give you an honest quote after a short conversation than a number that changes later. Every quote is in writing before any work begins.
Is an AI assistant safe for my business?
It's built to answer only from the information you approve, to say "I don't know" rather than guess, and to steer people to you for anything sensitive. Your API key stays on the server and never reaches the browser. For regulated fields like law, finance, and healthcare, I add clear disclaimers and keep it from collecting confidential details.
Do you use AI to build sites?
I use modern tools, AI included, to work faster, which is how I can offer these prices and turnaround times. Every site is reviewed, customized, secured, and tested by me before it goes live.
Do you only work with Washington businesses?
Washington is my focus and my home, but I'm happy to talk with businesses anywhere in the US.
Is sales tax included?
No. Prices are listed before Washington sales tax, which is required on website development services. Your invoice shows it as a separate line.
